At Changed Impressions, I understand the anticipation of receiving your handcrafted jewelry. Here's what you need to know about the shipping process:

 

Processing Time:

• Each piece of jewelry marked as "Made to Order" is meticulously handcrafted to ensure quality and precision.

• Please allow at 5-7 business days for the processing of your order before it is shipped.

 

We now offer International shipping! The carrier is dependent upon your location/destination. While rarely it occurs, Changed Impressions Jewelry is not responsible for any custom charges or Value-Added Taxes.

 

**Please note that shipping times are not included in production times. Please allow 3-4 business days for in stock items to ship and 2-3 weeks for hand-fabricated pieces to be shipped. The estimated shipping times start after the production time has ended.

 

Changed Impressions Jewelry is not responsible for shipping times or shipping delays once your package has left our facilities.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
