Refund Policy - the basics

I believe in the personal touch and want every customer to be delighted with their experience. If, for any reason, you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm happy to help.

 

 

 

Refunds:

  • I understand that sometimes things don't work out. Due to the handmade nature of each product, we do not accept returns for cash refunds. Items undamaged and unworn may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days from the day it is received. Continuous exchanges of one of a kind items are not permitted.

  • Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Your exchange will be processed back through the original payment method.

 

Exchanges:

  • You can request an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item for exchange must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

 

Custom and Personalized Items:

  • Please note, we put a lot of love into crafting custom and personalized items just for you. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges for these unique pieces.

 

How to Initiate a Refund or Exchange:

  • Contact me on the website to initiate the process.

  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to refund or exchange.

 

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return/exchange shipping.
